How to Use:

1. Choose the right absorbency based on your menstrual flow.
2. Insert the tampon with clean hands, ensuring a comfortable fit.
3. Change your tampon every 4–8 hours, avoiding use for more than 8 hours.
4. To remove, gently pull the string and dispose of the tampon in the trash (do not flush).
5. Switch to a lower absorbency tampon as your flow decreases.
